I am often called a healer, energy worker, guide, or spiritual teacher based on how I serve. While I don't label myself any of these, I welcome them all and deeply love this tribe - the healers, yogis, and spiritual teachers.
The conversations in these groups are fascinating, often expansive, full of paradoxes and mind-blowing subjects. It's hard to make sense of it all or reach conclusions, but it feels like home in my body. It feels true to me.
There's also a common struggle I recognize: it's hard to relate to the material world. The material world is seen as heavy, harshly judged, and almost condemned as the cause of all problems in our society.
Coming from a successful corporate background, I have within me strong masculine energy - like an "I manifest... I make stuff happen" type of thing - and a deep appreciation for the material world. I like "things."
When I quit my corporate job to explore this other side of myself, I went all in. I opened to the feminine energy and connected with the divine in completely new ways. I had to experience both extremes to understand there's a healthy balance right in the center of this dance.
I now teach the dance between masculine and feminine, structure and essence in our embodiment classes, and from that space we thrive. We can express, we can be whole.
How can we be whole if we create separation between ourselves and the things we see, smell, and touch?
I see the material world as a similar expression as our bodies - the most dense part of the invisible divine energy that we all are. So everything else, including money, is a manifestation of creation and therefore sacred.
Creating a Sacred Business means embracing both spiritual and material aspects of your work. Your business becomes an extension of your highest self - a powerful vehicle for serving others while creating abundance.
If you're this amazing human being, so gifted and talented, connected to your radiance, with incredible ideas to help others, I invite you to reflect on your relationship with the material world and, more specifically, money.
Money is a tool of creation, and the material world can be used as a guide for your expansion. Honoring that could be the energy you need to embody to thrive and be successful on your own terms.
I see so many healers and yogis with beautiful instruments to be played, but they lack the resources to make it happen. I attribute that to this separateness or broken relationship with matter.
A New Way Forward
What if marketing, strong systems, and learning from successful people were all part of your spiritual practice? When we build solid foundations for our work, we multiply our ability to serve. Your message is too important to stay hidden - it needs the right structure to reach the people who need it most.
Ask yourself: What would change in your business if you saw money as sacred? How might embracing both the spiritual and material transform your impact in the world? Remember, your work deserves to be supported by strong foundations - and that includes financial ones.
With love,
Carolina
Happenings
As I write this, Phil and I are entering a period of sacred pause. These holy days (yes, that's what holidays actually means!) offer us a precious opportunity to slow down and tune into the powerful creative energy available to us.
There's something magical about this time between Christmas and New Year's - a natural invitation to reflection and reimagining what's possible. Instead of getting caught up in the usual holiday rush, we're choosing to use this potent energy for deep contemplation about what we want to create in 2025. This isn't just about setting goals or making resolutions. It's about connecting with the sacred energy of completion and new beginnings, letting go of old beliefs that no longer serve us, and opening ourselves to receive more of who we truly are.
I invite you to join us in this sacred pause. Take a moment to feel the energy of these holy days. What beliefs are you ready to release? What would be possible if you stepped fully into your role as a creator of your reality? Remember, this time of year carries a special energy of transformation - it's the perfect moment to shed what no longer serves you and plant the seeds for what you truly want to create.
Who We Are Celebrating
My kids ❤️
I am celebrating my kids today. They are my greatest teachers on what I often call "the highway of evolution." Being a parent isn't the romantic journey many imagine - it's raw, challenging, and profoundly transformative. But it's in these challenges that I find the most beautiful rewards.
My children have this incredible way of taking me to every extreme, then gently (or not so gently!) guiding me back to my center, my core. They are like mirrors, reflecting both my brightest light and deepest shadows. I once read that our children are our souls walking around outside our bodies - and wow, that is so true. Every day with them shows me new parts of myself I never knew existed.
Right now, I'm dedicating time to creating different structures in our home - setting clear boundaries, carving out personal space, and building new routines. These structures aren't just about organization; they're about creating harmony and allowing each of us to shine our unique light. I don't carry a script or master plan for who they should become. Instead, I'm focused on becoming the kind of person who can hold space for them to be fully, authentically themselves. And in this dance of boundaries and freedom, of structure and flow, I'm learning lessons that deeply enrich both my parenting and my work with others.
Here is what I want to share this week …
The Law of Success in Sixteen Lessons by Napoleon Hill
It doesn't matter where you are in your business and success path - I strongly recommend reading Napoleon Hill's "The Law of Success in 16 Lessons." It's absolutely brilliant and contains everything you need to succeed.
But reading this book isn't enough. You need to live it.
I had the opportunity to join study groups where like-minded people met every 15 days to study each chapter, discuss our understanding, and explore how to apply it in real life.
It's not a book to be understood intellectually - you need to find ways to follow its instructions and embody its concepts.
What I love most about Hill's work is how it eliminates the two biggest excuses I hear from aspiring entrepreneurs:
"I don't have enough money to start"
"I don't have the right idea yet"
This book offers practical solutions for both. Not only is it affordable (seriously, it's a tiny investment), but it also guides you to uncover your true burning desire - that idea or purpose that's probably already within you, waiting to be acknowledged.
Let's be honest - if you sit quietly with yourself, you likely already know what you want to create. You just might need the right system to bring it to life.
❤️I loved every part of it , magnificent 😍 🔥
