Hey there,

It's been a little over two weeks since you've heard from Carolina and I at Sacred Business Flow. If you're new here, welcome!

The Be The Flow newsletter is our weekly offering to keep our community updated on what's happening at Sacred Business Flow. You can expect it every Sunday.

It's a mix of:

Insights and reflections on entrepreneurship, personal growth, and living a sacred and connected life
Updates on our programs, courses, and experiences like Be The Flow coaching
A "Happenings" section sharing our latest adventures and upcoming plans
A "Who We Are Celebrating" spotlight featuring inspiring members of our community
A "Things I'd Like to Share" section with interesting resources, tools, and discoveries

Our focus isn't just churning out new content, but providing resources that meet you where you are on your entrepreneurial journey.

Where We've Been

Carolina and I both had big events happening in our personal lives. I was completing my move out of Costa Rica to be in Brazil full time, and she was enjoying time away for a big trip to Spain that has been in the works for over three years!

In addition, we've been working behind the scenes to move our newsletter and content over to Substack. We will share more about why we made this move in a future post, but in short - it feels like we've found a new home that will allow us to better serve you going forward, while connecting with more people who will resonate with our work.

So far, it’s been a really smooth experience making the shift!

And yes these things are valuable, and absolutely a big part of what we have to offer with our clients after years of supporting coaches, teachers, healers, and practitioners with six and seven-figure growth in their businesses.

That being said, Carolina and I both feel that it's equally important to look at what's happening on the inside - how are you operating from your essence, and asking the question - who are you becoming in the process of creating your sacred business as a beautiful expression of your being?

We want to support you in creating a business that is an extension of your divinity and personal evolution. This means that every decision, every action, and every aspect of the business is infused with intentionality and consciousness. It's about serving your clients from a place of authenticity, integrity, and love.

It's about creating a business that contributes to the greater good of all, while also honoring your own needs and desires. It's about recognizing that business, like life, is a sacred journey of discovery, growth, and transformation.
