100: From Survival Mode to Sacred Flow. The Inner Work Your Business Needs
When you stop compartmentalizing the spiritual and practical, every ordinary moment becomes an opportunity to serve from wholeness
We often believe that fulfillment will come later. When our sacred business manifests fully. When we finally have enough clients, enough flow, enough space. We tell ourselves that ease and connection will be ours once we “arrive.”
But the deeper invitation is far more radical: we can only meet the Divine here and now. Not when the dream comes to fruition, but in the ordinariness of this very moment.
In teaching, in guiding clients, I often experience that sweet current of flow—a sense of being one with life itself. It is sacred, unmistakable, a glimpse of what it means to be in divine alignment.
Yet the truth is: we only get a handful of those encounters each week. If I limit my experience of the sacred to those moments alone, I miss the thousands of other invitations hidden in the ordinary moments of my everyday life.
Every moment is an opening. Every task is an altar. Cooking, driving, checking something off the to-do list - each is a chance to let Divine presence seep through. The trouble is, we label everything. “This is lunch. This is research. This is groceries. This is school pickup.”
We define and narrow the moment so tightly that we lose its mystery. And when the mystery is lost, the gift of presence is gone.
In our class this week, the guiding question was:
“What mystery is hidden beneath the labels I’ve placed on today?”
This question changes everything. It transforms “just paying bills” into gratitude for abundance flowing through your life. It shifts “just picking up the kids from school” into a chance to see them with fresh eyes. It allows a phone call, even an inconvenient one, to become an invitation into love or presence.
The mundane becomes miraculous when approached with openness.
And in that ability to approach every moment with curiosity, with the possibility that we are facing a mystery, lies our greatest freedom: the chance to transcend our reactions and choose a response.
Without this awareness, we rush from task to task, breathless, in pure execution mode. If we are not careful, we can spend our entire day and even carry that same energy into sleep - still caught in fight or flight.
That physiology has its place; it protects, it activates, it moves us. But it cannot be the state we live in. We must give our body back the ability to dance with the present moment.
This is only possible with awareness. Awareness that we are constantly moving from gathering to gathering, moment to moment. Awareness that allows us to close each cycle with gratitude, and step into the next with fresh energy and openness.
The same applies to our businesses. Sacred business is not a promise that once built, all will be light and ease. If we carry the energy of control, rigidity, or “things should go this way,” our business will mirror that back. We will serve from contraction, as long as the sink is clean, the schedule is perfect, the clients show up. But that isn’t flow. Flow is meeting the Divine even when the groceries take longer than planned, even when your child resists getting ready for school, even when your client cancels at the last minute.
And here is the deeper invitation: when you approach every moment with the sacredness that it is, something shifts in your whole system. You slow down your mind. You bring your full attention to what you are doing. And in that presence, your body remembers how to self-regulate.
Each cycle can close before the next begins. You don’t carry the tension of one moment into the next call, the next errand, the next task.
Instead of dragging yesterday’s stress into today’s opportunities, your body is free to respond to what is actually here.
This matters, because so often we get sick not from what happens, but from our resistance to it. Something didn’t go the way we wanted, and in that separation from the wholeness of life, we store that disruption.
We carry it forward even into moments meant for healing, or creativity, or connection. But when you allow yourself to end cycles and meet each moment fresh, life flows again.
Presence restores wholeness.
Your business offers you a taste of what is possible—the flow of serving from the heart, of following the crumbs of your calling, of touching another life with your presence. But don’t stop there. Let your business teach you how to meet the Divine in every encounter, in the spaces in between, in the quiet repetitions of daily life.
Because the honeymoon with your business will fade if you approach from separation.
What will remain is your capacity to choose presence over autopilot, curiosity over definition, openness over rigidity.
And this is the deeper truth: you no longer need to wait for the mountain, the retreat, the client session, or the meditation cushion to feel connected.
Sacredness stops being confined to special moments of flow and becomes the ground of your everyday life - present in the grocery store, in paying your bills, in walking your child to school. Everywhere, always available.
The path is not about reaching a destination where all is perfect. The path is the moment you breathe into now. The sacredness is how you prepare your food, how you send that email, how you meet your child’s gaze, how you approach the unknown in each step.
Fulfillment is not found “someday.”
Fulfillment is a choice, made breath by breath.

Expanding Connection: A New Monthly Call
I am happy to share that, inspired by this week’s deep dive within ourselves, we decided to add one more call to the Network.
Our motto has always been “everything is connected.” And when the mind begins to understand the language of Spirit - supported by the body - there is nothing that is not possible.
This new call is an invitation to increase connection, not only with others in our Network, but also with the Divine. When the mind is grounded in truth, everything moves with greater ease. Trust becomes part of our everyday experience.
Because your sacred business is a co-creation with the Divine. That idea, that calling, is a seed planted by the universe within you so you can bring it into fruition. And in walking the path of manifesting and expanding your business, you evolve, you serve, and you contribute to raising the frequency of our planet, through your own lived experience of joy and love for what you do.
What would happen if you could truly feel and know that God, or the universal force, is your partner? That it is through your business that this partnership unfolds?
We’ll share more details soon, but here’s what I can say for now: the first call will happen in September, and the cadence will be once a month. There is more structure to it than I’m sharing at the moment, but I can already feel how powerful this will be for all of us.
Adding this call to our support system for Network and Sacred Growth Club members brings such a huge expansion to my heart.
Stay tuned.
Here is what I want to share this week …
Sacred Anchors for Presence
Here is what I want to share with you this week: I don’t think there is any deeper discussion, or any more important place for your attention, than your ability to be in the present moment. Any resource, ritual, or exercise that invites you back to presence is probably the greatest gift you can offer yourself—and your loved ones. The gift of being with someone fully present is priceless. And again, it is only in the present that true connection to the Divine happens.
Two simple practices I love for this:
🌿 Grounding Roll-On
There is a roll-on from doTERRA that I find very grounding. I like to use it on my wrists and also on my neck. You can do this a few times a day as an anchoring exercise—a reminder to pause, breathe, smell, and sense.
🕯️ Candle Presence
I often keep a candle lit during my workday, and every time my eyes meet the flame, I feel a wave of gratitude for the beauty and power of fire. It is a gentle reminder to return to presence, to the simple and sacred energy of life moving in this moment.
Whether it’s the scent of oil on your skin or the glow of a flame in the room, let these simple anchors remind you that the Divine is always here, waiting to be felt in the present moment.
Who We Are Celebrating
Jayem
This week I am celebrating Jayem and his teachings. I appreciate so deeply those who fully answer their calling. Their devotion gives permission for more people to do the same.
It is inspiring to witness such detachment from what they once imagined their life would be, and such complete commitment to what the Divine is bringing through them now.
In honoring that, I also feel gratitude for the parts of myself I get to meet when I let control vanish - when I open, surrender, and allow the light that is always available here and now to guide me. And more and more, I give space for that light to lead.
