Such a poignant, spot on message. You fall in love with the journey when you show up and don't have to overthink things. When a bit of the magic happens and you enjoy helping others and you can be yourself with less worries about what others think so much. The self-critic takes a back seat. It's your souls turn at the wheel.

I was trained to help others with an eye on the blank screen. Meaning, I was trained to remove as much of myself as I could in the room. After awhile you realize that training manual needs to find the round circular bin in the corner. Yes, to come out and show oursevles is a bit anxiety producing but human connection if often where the true healing starts.
