Apparently, leaving this community unsupervised overnight has consequences.
Yesterday, we opened our auction for one private spot to work with Carolina, Marcus, and me.
90 days to choose your offer, build it, price it, and bring it to real buyers.
Then the bidding started.
Then our friends started adding their own work to the prize.
So if you checked in yesterday and thought you knew what was included…
We have some catching up to do.
First, a few moments from the tent
Gary Allen was bidding from a treadmill. Getting his steps in while keeping us on our toes.
Brad Stewart appeared at $700, disappeared, then returned at $1,800. Brad understands an entrance.
Monique Renée brought $999. Yvonne Halling offered $1,100. Claire Takahashi went with $1,111, bringing a little numerical harmony to proceedings.
Ron Reich, Hendrix Black, and Filip Sardi 🌊 returned after joining the fun last year. Ron took the bidding to $1,650.
Then Rachel Connor claimed the lead at $1,975.
Until Phil Drolet walked in with $2,100.
That’s our high bid as I write this.
Along the way, Steve [Sage-Outlaw-Caregiver] gave us a $144 Fibonacci moment. Anni Barsoum went from asking a question in our Circle community to joining the bidding. And Toku McCree showed up with a love note.
People were cheering for the people who outbid them.
I love that.
You can want to win and still want good things for the person holding the other paddle.
And then the generosity took another turn.
“We’d like to add something.”
Four people contributed their own work to help whoever wins.
Dr Sam Illingworth added a full year of Slow AI - roughly a $136 value.
Sam helps people think clearly about AI and keep their own judgment involved as they use it. His work brings care and perspective to a conversation that can get very loud, very quickly.
Mia Kiraki 🎭 contributed a full year of Robots Ate My Homework, including the entire RobotsOS library - an £80 annual membership.
Creative thinking, practical AI systems, and a library of skills, agents, and playbooks you can bring into your own work.
Orel, the creator of WriteStack, added a full year of basic paid access, a $299.88 value.
Support for building a steadier publishing rhythm on Substack, including scheduling your Notes so showing up doesn’t require being online all day.
And Finn Tropy contributed his entire product stack.
Apparently Finn arrived with a moving truck.
His contribution includes:
StackContacts App, Business Edition — $499
StackContacts Encore — $99
Finn Tropy Substack Pro Studio — $79
CreativeTech Substack Notes for Claude Bundle — $79
StackContacts Press — $49
Audience Strategy Coach — $29+
Substack Control Center — $25
StackContacts Connect — $20
Pangram AI Detection for Substack — $5+
Seven additional free or pay-what-you-want resources
$884+ in listed product value from Finn alone.
Sam, Mia, Orel, Finn, thank you so much!
These are things you’ve spent your time and care building. Seeing you offer them to support someone else’s next chapter means a lot.
Here’s what we’re doing with all that generosity
All four contributions now unlock when bidding reaches $2,500.
They join:
12 months inside Sacred Growth Club
A custom AI writing voice clone trained on your writing
Our complete microtraining and template library
All on top of the private work you’re bidding for.
And I need to pause on Growth Club, because some of you may have no idea what I just tucked into that list.
A little side door into Sacred Growth Club
Sacred Growth Club is the ongoing community Carolina and I hold for people bringing meaningful work into the world.
It’s where you bring the offer you’re refining, the price you’re hesitating to name, or the email you’ve rewritten enough times and would quite like to send.
Inside, you get:
Business Growth Office Hours three times a month with me.
Help with your offers, positioning, pricing, and next moves. Bring the decision you’ve been circling, and we’ll work through it.
Twice-weekly embodiment sessions with Carolina.
Practice staying present and connected to yourself through the discomfort of becoming more visible, making invitations, and growing.
Twice-weekly Writing Circles.
Supported time to write the email, shape the sales page, or finish the invitation. Your work gets time on the calendar and people alongside you.
Our private community.
Honest reflection, shared wins, and support between calls from people who understand why this work matters to you.
Rachel Connor, yes, the same Rachel who was bidding yesterday, has shared that she doubled her client base and increased her rates while doing this work.
And here’s something you might not know:
We aren’t currently accepting direct enrollments into Growth Club.
Right now, people enter through private work with us or one of our cohorts.
So the auction comes with a little side door. 🎪
Once bidding reaches $2,500, the winner gets a full year inside.
At our membership rate of $333 a month, that’s $3,996 in membership value.
The private work helps you choose, build, and bring your offer to buyers. Growth Club gives you somewhere to keep refining it, writing about it, and getting support as you grow.
A year of people in your corner while you put this into practice.
A little auction math
Here’s what we can put a price beside:
Sacred Growth Club: $3,996
Finn’s product stack: $884+
WriteStack for a year: $299.88
Slow AI for a year: $136
Robots Ate My Homework + RobotsOS for a year: £80
That’s more than $5,255 in listed value on top of the private work, plus Mia’s £80 annual membership.
Before counting the custom AI writing voice clone.
Before counting our microtraining and template library.
And before counting the 90 days of private work you’re actually bidding for.
The tools and memberships give us more to work with. The point is what we help you do with them.
Choose your offer. Build it. Price it. Bring it to real buyers.
One bid can unlock the lot
Current high bid: $2,100, held by Phil Drolet.
Next unlock: $2,500.
A $2,500 bid would put you in the lead and unlock everything above for the eventual winner.
That’s a $400 jump from where we stand.
If you’ve been watching and thinking, “I could actually see myself doing this…”, then here’s your invitation.
You don’t need a finished offer before we begin. Choosing what to build is part of the work.
You bring your experience, your ideas, and your willingness to put something real into the world.
We bring practical help with the business and inner support for the moments when being seen, choosing a direction, and asking for money bring things up.
And apparently, our friends bring a truckload of extras.
Bidding closes today, Thursday, October 15, at 2 p.m. Eastern.

All bids go in the comments on the auction Note. Questions, cheering, and a little friendly mischief belong there too.
Carolina, Marcus Anderson , and I will see you under the tent.
Bring your paddle. Gary may bring the treadmill.
With Love,
❤️⚡️Phil (& Carolina)
