It’s Not That You Don’t Need a Framework ... You’re Afraid to Claim One

How creating a framework stopped me from hiding and revealed the true power of my business.

I only felt whole in my own work when I finally got a framework.

One of the biggest challenges I see with healers and coaches is that they have so many tools, and a lot of their work is based on intuition, that it becomes very hard to explain what they actually do.

Not only is it hard to explain to other people, they also don’t feel like they fully own their work.

It feels like many pieces they just can’t put together. Too complicated to explain…

When you can’t see the wholeness of your work, others can’t see it either.

Your message becomes scattered.

There’s no clarity in how you help people.

And you end up hiding behind your tools instead of shining in your authenticity.

What most people don’t realize is that not having a framework is actually a manifestation of lack of confidence and the fear of being seen.

We tell ourselves we don’t need one… but that’s self-sabotage.

Because the minute you define the transformation you help people go through… you become the product.

People don’t care about how you do what you do.

They care about who you are and the transformation you take them through.

And when you have a framework, you can’t hide anymore.

I was hiding behind my tools for quite some time.

Because I didn’t have a framework, I charged per hour.

I let the client define the pace.

I let them book sessions whenever they wanted.

I wasn’t owning my own process.

In a way, that was easier.

I didn’t need to stand for anything.

I could repeat what other people were saying.

I could repost messages I agreed with.

But once you have a framework, a new version of you is born… the one who truly stands for something.

The one who shares their message with power because you not only believe in what you do, but you know the impact you’re capable of.

When you start articulating the transformation you guide people through, and you can speak it clearly, you create coherence in your energetic system.

Your energy flows when you communicate, instead of that feeling of choking, over-explaining, or not finding the right words.

And this is attraction-based marketing. It’s the outer manifestation of inner coherence.

This is deep foundational work.

It has to come before the color of your website or the social media strategy you’ll use to share your message.

But very few people do this.

They jump straight into Substack, LinkedIn… Instagram… how to grow their account, and all the daily strategies… trying to grow something they don’t even have clarity on.

We had a client once who had thousands of followers… viral posts, lots of likes… and zero conversion.

Why?

No framework. No clarity.

Visibility and consistency were there, but they were taking them nowhere.

This is probably my favorite session with clients, the moment they gain clarity in how they serve.

The moment they stop being “many tools” and become an agent of transformation.

If you want marketing that magnetizes, you need to go deep in your heart, own your work, and communicate it clearly.

You are not the one hour session you help your clients with.

You are not the tools.

You are the presence that holds the space for their transformation — and a framework allows you to communicate that with confidence.

With a clear framework, everything becomes possible: you can create a powerful offer, your message becomes clear, the people who need you can actually find you, and you finally start converting and closing clients.

You are now positioned as an expert.

Not only that… you start expanding beyond word of mouth.

You stop sitting between sessions hoping someone will book the next one. You hold your work with authority.

You create a system that amplifies your clients’ experience and gives you the financial stability to build a truly successful business.

Because having a framework invites you to step up your game. It pulls you into your next cycle of creation. It asks more of you… in the best way.

Yes, it can feel scary… but feeling that your work is a true reflection of all of you is one of the best feelings in the world.
