Today we worked with something powerful: The way we take action matters more than the action itself. When we connect to what
calls "the golden egg" - our highest essence - before moving, we transform how we show up in the world.Here's what Carolina shared that offered a new perspective:
"Very often when you're creating something and you have a plan, the actions do not bring the results that you are looking for. And then what do we do? We re-evaluate the action we took. But it's very rare that I see people re-evaluating who they were when they were in the moment of taking the action."
Through mindful movement and breathwork, we:
• Connected to the "golden egg" - the subtle spiritual layer beyond our physical form
• Practiced maintaining this connection while facing physical challenges
• Explored the difference between taking action from wholeness versus lack
• Learned to return to our essence even during demanding movements
• Integrated this awareness through physical postures and breath
