Moving from the Golden Egg

Today we worked with something powerful: The way we take action matters more than the action itself. When we connect to what
calls "the golden egg" - our highest essence - before moving, we transform how we show up in the world.Here's what Carolina shared that offered a new perspective:
"Very often when you're creating something and you have a plan, the actions do not bring the results that you are looking for. And then what do we do? We re-evaluate the action we took. But it's very rare that I see people re-evaluating who they were when they were in the moment of taking the action."
Through mindful movement and breathwork, we:
• Connected to the "golden egg" - the subtle spiritual layer beyond our physical form
• Practiced maintaining this connection while facing physical challenges
• Explored the difference between taking action from wholeness versus lack
• Learned to return to our essence even during demanding movements
• Integrated this awareness through physical postures and breath
A key takeaway:
"The results we want aren't always the results we need. By staying connected to our essence while in action, we remain open to life's guidance rather than forcing specific outcomes."
We integrated this understanding through:
- Flowing movement sequences that increased in challenge
- Conscious breathing practices linking the golden egg to our physical form
- Balance poses that required both focus and internal connection
- Core strengthening work while maintaining awareness of our essence
- Final integration through conscious relaxation
