Because everything is connected, your “business problem” is rarely just about business.

Once we started working with people more deeply on creating a business from the heart, a clear pattern emerged.
They were rarely short on ideas, skill, or heart. They were short on integration.
On the outside, their businesses looked different:
A healer trying to turn years of practice into an offer.
A former corporate leader wanting to transition into coaching.
A creative with endless concepts and not enough follow-through.
On the inside, we kept seeing the same few patterns driving their decisions.
We began to ask a different question.
“What if strategy isn’t the starting point? What if the way you relate to strategy is?”
We started mapping these patterns together. Over time, that exploration became what we now call the Sacred Business Frequencies: nine energetic patterns that show up in how you build and run your business.
You don’t need to know all nine right now.
What matters is this: each frequency describes a way your inner world expresses itself in outer behavior.
For example:
When your Connection frequency is low, you may avoid being seen, under-share your real voice, or feel like an outsider in every space you enter.
When your Simplicity frequency is off, you might make everything more complex than it needs to be. Too many offers, too many platforms, too many moving parts.
When your Discipline frequency is out of balance, you might bounce between bursts of effort and long stretches of avoidance, telling yourself stories about “motivation” that aren’t actually accurate.
We saw this play out with one client early on.
Ed was brilliant. Years of experience, a genuine desire to serve, a brain that moved faster than most people could follow. He also had a habit of reinventing his business every few months.
Every conversation sounded something like:
“I could do this program for leaders… or a retreat… or maybe partner with this person… or pivot my niche to this thing instead…”
Nothing stuck long enough to gain momentum. His know-do gap wasn’t about ignorance. It was about scattered energy.
Through our work, it became clear that a few frequencies were especially relevant for him:
Simplicity: choosing one core offer and one primary path to deliver it.
Connection: letting people actually see what he was doing, instead of overthinking every move.
Discipline: building and honoring simple containers for consistent action.
This wasn’t about slapping labels on him. It was about giving language to the forces that had been running his business decisions in the background.
Once we could see the pattern, we could design around it.
In practice, that looked like:
cutting his offer list down to one primary offer for the next season
choosing a single place to show up consistently
defining a weekly Sacred Action Window, and actually protecting it
His external results didn’t change overnight. But something inside him did.
His energy got cleaner. His decisions got simpler. His follow-through became less about “trying hard” and more about honoring the containers we created together.
This is what we mean by integration.
At some point, most people in this position already know they don’t need more information. What’s harder to see is the pattern that’s been quietly steering their decisions while they’ve been trying to fix surface-level symptoms.
That’s what the Business Harmony Map is for.
It’s not a personality test. It’s not a clever quiz. It’s a 10-minute mirror that shows you which frequency, which pattern, is creating the biggest gap between what you know and what you do in your business right now.
Because once you see the pattern, you can stop fighting your own wiring and start building around it.

Get language for the pattern underneath your plans
If you’ve realized that “more strategy” isn’t the answer — it’s how you relate to strategy, then the next step is to name that underlying pattern clearly.
The Business Harmony Map highlights which of the 9 Sacred Business Frequencies is most out of balance, so you can design plans that work with your wiring instead of against it.
