Twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am ET, Carolina leads a live embodiment practice. Simple movements. Repeated. Your nervous system learns, through repetition, that staying with something uncomfortable does not require an exit.

When you join, you complete a Heart Vision process. What actually feels real right now around what you would like to build or create for yourself. That becomes your anchor in the practice.

There is a daily five-minute check-in. Witnessed. Consistent. Monthly Wonder Question calls where you say out loud what you’ve been noticing.

We’re building this founding group carefully, so we’ll be only keeping enrollment open through Saturday.

The 39 people who have joined so far from within our community are thoughtful, big-hearted, capable, and tired of postponing the thing that keeps wanting to move through them. That’s the common thread.
