As our devices get faster, technology is skyrocketing, AI is doing things that are unimaginable, information is being processed so fast, we are trying unconsciously to keep up with that and being busier than ever with the fear of losing our space or losing to AI.
It's a race that we can't win, this is a trap.
But we can choose to play a game in our favor.
And if there is one thing that this fast-paced world is inviting us to do, it's to slow down.
We won't win against technology by going faster. It's very clear that this is impossible.
But as I pause and think about it, technology is giving us time to do other things that maybe before we "thought" we didn't have time to do.
Something that will never be replaceable—our connection with ourselves and others.
Today more specifically I want to invite you to connect with yourself.
In this rush-rush world, slowing down has become a gift!
In reality, it's a choice and it's not the opposite of productivity.
For me, it means being more present in whatever task I'm doing and creating spaces of nothingness along my day.
Let's pause and reflect.
With all this advanced technology at our fingertips, what if we chose to create time for the things AI and robots can never replace? The one thing automation can never do is create your inner connection—that sacred relationship between you and you.
Perhaps this is exactly where our freed-up time should go.
Perhaps that's the evolution AI is making possible for us—our ability to produce more as we slow down and connect.
By creating intentional moments of pause throughout your day, you can tap into a powerful source of renewal. When we make space for these brief pauses, something magical happens—we replenish ourselves with our own energy, we allow natural flow to return, and paradoxically, we accomplish more with less effort.
The way we overvalue busyness is killing us!
I love action and I'm all about it, but what I've been seeing more and more is people taking actions that aren't taking them anywhere.
They're lost running in circles.
Our busyness is creating a bigger gap between what we want and when we can have it, just because of our constant state of disconnection.
Slowing down might be the key for you to accelerate your manifestation abilities.
It feels contradictory, doesn't it? We slow down to accelerate?
Because everything is connected and we live in a fundamentally energetic world, you need to align your energy first before you take action.
The approach I want to invite for this connection and alignment today is about your conscious and your subconscious mind.
Your body as well as your life is controlled by the subconscious, and interestingly, the subconscious operates at a slower wavelength than the conscious mind.
You can use your conscious mind to direct your desires and your actions, but if you don't slow down enough to speak the language of your subconscious, you'll spend your lifetime desiring something and either you will not get it, or it will take way too long.
There are two moments in your day when your brain is operating naturally in this wavelength, so you should take advantage of them:
Right before you sleep, and right after you wake up.
So if you can't really slow down during your day, at least use those two moments to make your subconscious believe in what is clear to your conscious mind. This is a divine moment of connection between two powerful worlds that reside within you.
You may have heard of this before, but if you're not doing anything with this knowledge, it means you don't truly know it yet.
So right now I invite you to create some space in your morning routine to express in the present moment, with the energy of gratitude, something that you desire.
Be clear, be specific, and repeat that every morning and every night. Until when?
Until you have what you want!
If you can't be specific about what you want, use that moment to ask for clarity: "What is the next adventure of my soul?"
You will receive guidance—your work will be to follow through with it!
And if you want to become a master at slowing down, here's a simple practice: draw a small symbol (like a heart) on the top of your hand each morning.
Then, throughout your day, whenever you notice this symbol, pause and take three slow, deep belly breaths. This visual reminder will interrupt your automatic patterns and bring you back to the present moment, training your nervous system to slow down deliberately.
Until you speak the language of your subconscious, you'll be struggling in the rat race, caught in rush-rush vibes, and seeing very little results despite your efforts. And if you're trying to outpace AI or completely avoid technology in your life as a form of protection, you'll probably lose that battle too.
The solution isn't to compete with or hide from technology—it's to use the space it creates to deepen your connection with yourself.
Slow down to move faster.
But remember—no rush, no pause.
We are eternal beings, we are not going anywhere. Our goal is to enjoy the journey; however, this journey in this lifetime is also unique, so don't waste it.
