It’s so common to see people not committing fully to creating something awesome because of the belief: I am not enough.
I am sure you don’t walk around saying that out loud. But you compare yourself with others all the time.
You see how successful other people are, and it feels so far from you.
And inside, you ask:
Do I really have something worth sharing? What if people don’t like it? What if I make a mistake? What if I make the wrong decision?
You open your laptop to work on your business… And suddenly everything else feels more urgent. You research, you think, you plan… But you don’t create.
And then the mind gets louder:
“This desire to create this business is delusional. Look at the world right now, it’s so unstable. I have a family to take care of. I am the provider. I need to be responsible.”
All of that is coming from one place: The belief that you are not enough.
And from there… nothing will ever feel enough.
Now is not enough.
The time you have to work on the side is not enough. You don’t have enough help. You don’t have enough knowledge. You just need your kids to grow.
You know a lot, and you try to take yourself out of it. You repeat in your mind: I am enough, I know… enough.
And yet… these thoughts don’t translate into your actions.
Because the belief of not being enough has been a strategy to survive. It has become an unconscious way of being that can’t be fixed with your conscious thoughts.
I am not enough has become your identity. It is who you are.
You’ve needed to fit in. To belong. It kept you safe for years, decades… You know very well how to be this way. You don’t even think about it, you don’t question it at all.
Maybe in that group of people you were growing up with, no one felt like they were enough. Maybe life always felt against them.
Who would you be in that group if you were enough?
So, with the need to belong, you decided to fit in. You started playing the game of not being enough too.
And it worked.
It felt right. People agreed with you. You agreed with them. Conversations happened. Connections were built. A whole life was built. You felt accepted.
But then… you start sensing there was more.
It feels empty sometimes. Deep inside, you know there is more.
But you have never really seen it.
So in your not-enoughness, even that knowing is not enough.
And you keep choosing to belong to what no longer fits you because it checks all the boxes of safety.
I am not rejected here. People appreciate what I do. I am respected.
And inside… something is twisting.
You can’t name it. You think: What is wrong with me? I should be happy.
You try to make sense of it with your mind, but it doesn’t land.
Because nothing is wrong with you.
You are just outgrowing a strategy that once protected you.
And in the loyalty to the identity of not being enough, you have been refusing to meet the you that existed before the strategy. You don’t even remember who you are.
But you do have glimpses of it…
Enoughness is an experience. It’s not a thought.
And once you start feeling it, even in small moments, your body begins to remember. Your mind catches up. Your actions start to change.
You stop asking for permission. You stop waiting to be ready. You start creating from what is already here.
That’s when the business stops being something you’re trying to build and becomes something you’re allowing.
You are not here to find another box to fit in.
You are here to allow your body to become the container for your light.
And your business can be created from that energy.
This is what fulfillment means.
From wholeness… you serve.
With Love,
Carolina
