What's interesting to me is that my 'intuition' has often had me realise things I actually didn't want to do - but the message was so clear and so obvious I knew that NOT following that intuitive thought was going to keep me in my comfort zone - that following it would be part of my growth (evolution).
Reading the thread from Sinem yesterday had me reflecting also - I realised a few things:
1. One way is not THE way - it's quite right to push against a 'system' because every system has its flaws - but when someone has achieved the success/exposure/finances or whatever you desire is offering their heartfelt way to find your own success it may be worth taking a look.
2. Intuition has guided me by showing what I need. When I started on Medium in 2022, I had no idea what I was doing, and I still managed to gain some traction. I then realised (had the intuition) that to grow past that level, I needed an expert, someone I could trust who had succeeded on the path I wanted to tread. Intuition guided me to Sinem in this instance - the job then is to get humble and learn.
3. The portal to more intuition is rooted in action - in following the intuitive path and leaning into where we are not comfortable. I've developed systems, discipline and a routine that is intuitively led! They help me, my business and my impact - I know when I need them to change or adapt (sometimes I don't listen to myself, but I do know). The lack of discipline is what trips most of us up. If you want more sales, you have to speak to more people; if you want a bigger audience, you have to reach more people; if you want to make more money, you have to do the things that create wealth.
Ultimately, in my world, the perfect life is a delicate balance between intuition and form - the subtle nudges of life and the deliberate actions I take.
Love this, Carolina! Thanks for taking the opportunity to expand on our conversation so quickly, this is such an important message!
Your intuition disguises sometimes in fear that keeps you from getting what you want.
Every time you want to do something you know that can move the needle there’s something inside that says, it doesn’t worth it.
It’s also intuition
