Some days I am just tired. Bone tired. The kind of tired that makes the mind start asking dangerous questions: Why am I doing this? Does it even matter?

I am preparing for a long trip to Peru. There are lists to finish, details to manage, and a body that keeps asking for rest. In that fatigue, I can feel the edges of doubt trying to slip in. The mind begins to look for reasons to step back, to pull the energy in, to stop giving.

But that is when Jeshua’s words come alive. To extend love is to be happy. Not to extend energy, or perfection, or performance, just love.

So I look around. I think of the people I serve, the freedom this business has created, the joy that usually lives inside the work. I remember that this series itself began quietly, with no strategy, just the simple act of sharing freely. And every time I write from that space, something lifts.

Love does not require ideal conditions. It does not wait for full energy or perfect inspiration. It just asks to be extended, through a post, a gesture, a kind word, a small act of devotion.

When I let myself give from that place, I rediscover the truth: happiness is not the reward for doing enough; it is the natural echo of love given freely.

Even on tired days, extending love restores energy. The giving becomes the receiving.
