I've been practising a "loving indifference " towards the critical voice in my head for about 4 months. It's game changing.
The old way, of trying to change it, fix it, analyse it, was flipping torture. Endless whack a mole.
Left unchecked. That voice will always win. Always.
It's a war of attrition. I might be able to force myself to think good thoughts for x amount of time. But what about days that I can't ? Voice wins.
Loving indifference. Game changing.
