1) Interesting chat, guys. Loved hearing about this. As usual Carolina nailed it re the feeling side - shame, guilt, "I don't want to admit". And in the title, the idea of being sober-curious for a month, rather than giving up for good taking the pressure right off. And it made me look at my reasons for doing it - as Josh says, so different for everybody. And Josh already having a background in a creative service, the transition to this, the turning up for people, wouldn't have been a problem. It's hard to believe Josh had a problem speaking in the weekly meetings seeing this. It's like, doing what lights you up, rather than what logic tells you to do, or finding your calling, does things to people.
Congrats, Josh, on all that you've transformed and created! You're such an inspiration!
