But when things get tricky, just know that you'll have instant on-demand access to each live session within 24-48 hours of the call, plus an ever-expanding library of past sessions covering a variety of topics.

Beginners are most welcome in our Radiant Flow™ community! I believe that everyone, regardless of their experience level, can reap the transformative benefits of yoga and movement.

As a beginner, you can expect to be guided through the foundational practices of yoga, meditation, and breath work in an inclusive and supportive environment. I will carefully explain and demonstrate each pose and movement, ensuring that you feel comfortable and safe throughout your practice.

You will be provided with a broad range of content in our ever-growing library, including beginner-friendly classes and tutorials, allowing you to gradually build confidence, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness at your own pace. Moreover, the Radiant Flow™ community is here to support and encourage you on every step of your journey.

Remember, every yoga and movement practitioner was once a beginner. It's your commitment to the journey that matters, not where you start. So don't worry if you're new to this - I'm excited to guide you on your path towards transformation and well-being.

While personal feedback from me on an individual basis is not included in the standard membership, there are opportunities for engagement and personalized guidance within the Radiant Flow™ community.

I will be actively involved in the group calls, where you'll have the chance to connect with me and other members of the community. These calls serve as a valuable platform for asking questions, seeking guidance, and receiving support. It is my wish that these calls will provide you with valuable input for your practice and personal growth.

Additionally, for our 6-month and annual members, the option to add personalized alignment calls with me is available. These one-on-one sessions allow for a deeper exploration of your practice, addressing specific challenges or goals you may have. The alignment calls offer an excellent opportunity to receive direct feedback, personalized recommendations, and tailored guidance directly from me.

I believe that the combination of group engagement and alignment calls provides a robust support system to enhance your journey within the Radiant Flow™ community. You'll have access to valuable resources, direct access to me, and the support of like-minded individuals, all working together to nurture your growth and well-being.

Yes, I value flexibility and understand that your circumstances might change. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
