Back from vacation! Yay!
It was amazing going to Spain with my friends, but it's even more amazing to come back home and feel my body expand with all the excitement of my daily routine!
How awesome is that?
How many people come back from vacation excited to go back to work?
Why am I sharing this?
Because I believe I am where I am because of doing the work of practicing self-love.
I believe this is possible for everyone.
I continually prioritize self-love and repeatedly discover ways to appreciate both myself and my life over and over again.
Does that mean I am not hard on myself?
That I don't have ugly self-talk? Of course not!
It means that I am aware of when it arises and consciously choose differently as soon as I catch it!
This newsletter draws inspiration from a personal journal entry. The entry was written after I felt moved by pulling a card from the Rumi oracle deck.
So here it goes.
I had just put the kids to sleep and pulled a Rumi card. My question was:
What would be helpful for me to know now that would bring more ease to my experience without anything changing in the outer world?
I got a card named Arise. I read its meaning and started crying. It was so intense that I was sobbing, and tears were streaming down my face.
My body was so shaky, and I decided to feel it all and then a waterfall of thoughts occupied my head...
What a release! I felt so light!
This is the first paragraph:
I see you, a divine wild child and sacred heart. You have gumption! Chutzpah! Guts! You dare to love where others only see pain. You dare to believe that everything will somehow work out where others see only what they judge to be wrong. You see love where others ply fear. You seek freedom where the world still buys into manipulation and propaganda.
Don't lose your heart, beloved wild child! Dare to believe.
I realized after my crying how much repression exists among people who see the world as a beautiful place. For years, I felt judged for living in what others perceived as a bubble, unable to relate to "real life." I was often labeled as the overly positive person who always had something optimistic to say, with a dismissive attitude like, "Oh yeah, here she comes with her positive thinking."
My decisions are made from this space, from my belief that this world is f*** amazing, and I am here to enjoy, love, and have fun.
I never realized how much all these criticisms made me feel wrong about myself, making me think I was selfish and knew nothing about life. They suggested that the world I dreamed of and actually live in isn't "true," and that I should be struggling and complaining most of the time like most people...
So f**** YES! This world is beautiful, and I am blessed to be living in it! I truly believe that it is getting better and better and that life is amazing!
I believe in love! I believe in abundance! I believe in the power of support! I celebrate life pretty much every day, and I celebrate my victories and my failures too! They are all part of my experience!
I don't avoid pain; I love holding a plank, and I love to experience something new! I embrace changes, and I enjoy being with myself. I believe in magic, and I think this earth experience is filled with magic everywhere and every day.
I love to challenge my body and question my own mind, to learn something new and see a new perspective. I dare to believe this world is wonderful and perfect with all its imperfections.
I love being me!
And I want to be more of me, unapologetically!
I refuse to complain just to fit in, to gossip for the sake of conversation, or to pretend the world is against me just to connect with others.
I have many challenges, just like you do, but I am in love with the process of evolving and discovering more of my essence. I am in love with how life unfolds in so many unexpected ways—scary sometimes, but always beautiful.
Don't think for a minute that I push away what we usually perceive as negative. I believe "my bubble" or how I see life is only possible because of the way I embrace the negative, because of how I sit with discomfort, how I embrace pain, and how I choose to feel all the challenging emotions.
If you don't love what you see, I can assure you, no matter how hard your situation is, you can choose to see differently. There is an innate beauty to life that is available in the simple things, in appreciation, and in choosing to slow down your breath over accelerating your thoughts.
For me, this feeling of pure love and admiration for life is not an illusion; it is the only truth, and I will stand for that, even if you disagree!
I just love being me.
And you might be thinking, "Why are you sharing this? Who cares about how much you enjoy being you? That's your problem." And you're right!
But I am sharing this because I want more people to tap into this frequency.
Believe it or not, that's a huge struggle, and by sharing vulnerably, I am giving others energetic permission to do the same and feel the same about themselves!
So, I would encourage you to share something from your heart without worrying about what others will think. I encourage you to love yourself so deeply that other people's opinions won't impact your self-esteem, and your self-love is enough to move you forward to the next level of your life experience.
Here is What I Want to Share This Week:
I would love to share the rumi's oracle that helps me stay connected with love in every situation, i think i shared this here before, but here it goes again:
Spain.
Here are some fun moments from my trip to Spain. It was amazing to disconnect and reconnect with old friends. Travel has always been a significant part of my life; I love it so much because it grounds me in the present moment. When I travel, the past and future fade away, and every time I return home, I strive to bring this energy into my daily life.

Happenings
We are back in full force. After Phil's trip to Costa Rica and my trip to Spain, we've decided to head to our workspace in nature, near a town called Paraibuna in the countryside of Brazil.
Reorganizing our schedule to align with what is present now has been significant. It's surprising how often we get stuck in old ways of being or doing without taking the time to reevaluate our current needs.
We noticed we were operating on a schedule that once served us but no longer does.
Changing environments can also be very helpful for productivity and creativity. So here is a gorgeous sunset at this new location that we are hoping to call our workspace for the forseeable future.
