Three Questions That Have the Power to Change Everything
I used to think business success was about moving fast. Always.
Back when I was running my consulting business, bringing in six figures monthly, I was the king of quick decisions.
The master of momentum.
But inside? Empty. Disconnected. Rushing from one thing to the next, never feeling quite... there.
Then something shifted.
It started with a simple recognition: The space between stimulus and response - that's where the magic happens.
In that space, I discovered three questions that transformed not just my business, but many aspects of my life:
First:
"What matters most right now?"
Not just what feels urgent. Not what others expect. But what truly, deeply matters.
Second:
"Is this choice creating harmony or a felt sense of integration?"
Each decision is a door. It either opens to more wholeness or leads to more fragmentation.
Third:
"What's the essential question I'm not asking?"
Sometimes the most important questions are the ones we're afraid to voice.
Simple? Yes.
Easy? No.
These questions require us to pause. To breathe. To feel.
And that's precisely what makes them powerful.
Here's what I've learned: The most powerful moves in business often look like standing still.
Like the oak tree that seems motionless but sends roots deeper with each passing season, true growth happens in the quiet moments.
The moments when we dare to ask ourselves the real questions.
The moments when we choose integration over fragmentation.
The moments when we remember that everything - everything - is connected.

Tomorrow morning, before you open your laptop, before you check your phone, take three deep breaths.
Ask yourself these three questions about your day ahead and any important decisions that you need to make.
Write down your answers.
Then notice what shifts.
Not just in your business decisions.
Not just in your energy levels.
But in how you move through the world.
Because here's the truth: Your business isn't separate from your life. Your success isn't separate from your soul.
Theres really only one thing happening here.
And sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is pause long enough to feel the current.
