I like that, Carolina. Especially to be aware that we have to expand the capacity of our nervous system - to bring the body along - so it can hold things that go beyond ourselves, until they kind of become ourselves.

It’s as though we’ve found comfort in the stress - This made me realize that the "comfort zone" isn't about actual comfort but about familiar stress patterns. So good Carolina! 👏
