093: The Realm We Dream About But Run From
When mystery becomes more powerful than certainty
Earlier this week, I was riding an orange dinosaur with my 3-year-old son and our little Yorkie.
He described it in vivid detail – the colors, how we were all holding on, the adventure we were having together. He wasn't concerned about manifesting the dinosaur or figuring out the logistics. He just allowed himself to fully go there. The joy was contagious. I went there with him.
Right after our ride, I had to teach our embodiment class to our Sacred Growth Club Community. The theme was an invitation to go to this space of big dreams, the space where we can ride dinosaurs and my question to our group was: What wants to emerge through you?
It was so beautiful to witness the participants share. I invited everyone to go to that expanded state where possibility exists – the same space my son had taken me to earlier, but now we were all adults trying to access what we often call "impossible" or "not for me."
That space we could easily go to as children, but now it scares us.
It's interesting to notice what happens when you go there, and what happens when you come back.
I left in such a high vibrational state. The shares were profoundly rich, and I'm touched by the level of honesty and vulnerability we all brought to the space.
We carry so many ideas, but also so many restrictions.
We allow ourselves to go to that space where all is possible, but when we come back, we freeze.
The famous HOW often blocks us from even trying.
Ahh, it's annoying. We don't know how. It feels far, distant and hard.
We think we need to figure it out all alone. And we just don't know how to get there from here.
But what if this isn't true? What if there was no need to freeze. What if we could relax in the face of this mystery?
What if you could feel that Earth is supporting you? What if you could feel that the whole cosmos is inspiring you? What if everything was contributing to your dreams become your reality?
What if this is about co-creating together, and this work was never meant to be done alone?
Something became clear to me:
surviving is easier than creating.
This made me pause and reflect after our class.
If creation is our true nature, why is this?
When you're surviving, the rules are clear. Work the job, pay the bills, follow the established path. There's a predictable rhythm to it. You know what's expected. You know what "success" looks like because someone else defined it for you.
But creating? Creating means stepping into the unknown. It means becoming comfortable with not having all the answers. It means trusting something that doesn't exist yet.
When you're surviving, you can complain about your circumstances – your boss, your schedule, the system. There's almost comfort in the limitation because it's not your fault. You're just responding to what life handed you.
But when you choose to create, suddenly you're responsible. Suddenly, if it doesn't work, it's on you. If you fail, you can't blame anyone else.
That's terrifying.
Surviving lets you stay small and safe. Creating asks you to be seen, to be vulnerable, to put something into the world that might be rejected.
And here's the thing that really hit me:
Most of us have been so successful at surviving that we've forgotten we're actually creators by nature.
You've built businesses. You've achieved things others dream of. You've proven you can create results. But there's a difference between creating from what you know and creating from what wants to emerge through you.
The first kind of creating – the kind that got you where you are now – follows formulas. Market research, business plans, proven strategies. It's creating within the known.
But the second kind? That requires you to trust something beyond your current understanding. To believe in possibilities that don't have precedent. To partner with forces you can't control.
And that's where we resist.
Because surviving has taught us that safety comes from knowing, from controlling, from having backup plans.
But what if the very thing your soul is calling you to create can't be born from that energy?
What if it requires the willingness to not know, to not have it all figured out, to trust the process of co-creation?
This is why so many successful people hit invisible ceilings. They keep trying to create the next level using the same survival-based strategies that got them to where they are. More effort, more control, more figuring it out alone.
But evolution doesn't work that way. Your next level is asking you to transform, not just to do more of what you already know how to do.
It’s asking you to become someone you don’t know yet.
My question to you is: How often do you allow yourself to dream? Dream big!
I'm not talking about a bigger house, nice cars or more travels. I'm talking about creating positive impact. Helping people in ways that will help the world become more a reflection of source than a reflection of our own inner messiness.
Or with the fear of not getting it, you don’t even go there anymore? How many dreams or ideas have you already buried, just thinking you had to do it all alone or because you didn’t know how?
Let me tell you: surviving is predictable. Creating is mysterious.
And most of us have been trained for generations to choose predictable over mysterious, safe over expansive, comfortable over transformative.
But you reading this? You're different. You've already proven you can create – you have the business, the success, the track record. The question is: are you ready to evolve from creating what you know how to build to co-creating what wants to emerge?
The mystery is where the magic lives. And maybe, just maybe, that's exactly the point.
So I'll leave you with this: In the silence of your heart, what is trying to emerge through you that feels exciting and beautiful when you think about it, but when you think of taking the first action, terrifies you?
That terror? That's not a stop sign. It's an invitation.
With love,
Carolina

Here is what I want to share this week …
Death as a teacher
This week I received shocking news. A girl from school, same age as me (40 years old), passed away.
She found out two years ago she had a very aggressive type of cancer, and last Thursday she died.
My WhatsApp group with friends from school got very active. We were all shocked. How? Why? One of them said, "It's becoming clearer and clearer that we need to start enjoying life now."
There's something about death that touches me deeply.
It has always been a moment for me to pause and reflect. If I knew I was going to die in 30 days, would I be doing the things I am doing now? I often go to that space and think about dropping everything to go to a beach somewhere with my family, just enjoying the sun and being present.
But then I realize—if I only had 30 days, yes, that's exactly what I'd want. But if I'm living for another 20 or 30 years? Spending all that time in vacation mode wouldn't create the positive impact I want to leave in the world, neither is the lifestyle that makes me excited.
Thinking about mortality makes me ask: what legacy am I creating? Not a perfect one—but one of authentic living, of trying, of being present.
I want to model that we can think for ourselves, question everything, create our own path.
That we don't have to wait for miracles—we can take responsibility and make choices that align with who we really are.
We don't know when we will die, but we know we will.
So here's my question for you: if you look at the direction you're moving in right now, would you keep going? If the answer is yes, that's awesome—you should pause and celebrate that alignment.
But if the answer is no, you should also pause and ask yourself what needs to change.
When I look back at my life so far, I can honestly say I'm proud of the choices I've made, the risks I've taken, the love I've shared. That clarity helps me know I'm moving in the right direction. What would looking back on your life reveal to you?
Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian Weiss
I recommended this book earlier this week to a client, and it made me remember how powerful it was when I read it. It's a beautiful true story that helps us connect with something beyond this life, beyond what we can see. It's both healing and inspiring at the same time.
