Hey there!

Whether you're a valued member of our Sacred Business Network or someone curious about our community, welcome to this week's update!

For our members - thank you for being part of this growing family of entrepreneurs who understand that business success and spiritual growth aren't separate paths. This is your weekly source for community updates, opportunities, and celebrations.

For those exploring our community - this newsletter offers a window into what makes the Sacred Business Network special. You'll get a taste of our connected approach to entrepreneurship and the supportive environment we're building together.

Now, let's dive into what's happening in our network this week...

📣 Update on the Sacred Business Writer’s Collective: Amplify Your Voice While Growing Together

Reminding our members that following our exciting unveiling at the March social mixer, we want to ensure everyone in our network knows about this powerful opportunity.

The Sacred Business Writer’s Collective is our collaborative Substack publication that connects heart-centered entrepreneurs through shared wisdom while multiplying your reach.

Here's how it works:

  1. Submit your insight on our monthly theme (currently "Abundance")

  2. If selected, your essay becomes part of our collective publication release for the month.

  3. If not selected, your essay will still be eligible for publishing within Substack and being promoted in other ways.

  4. Everyone CrossPosts the complete publication to their Substack

  5. Your wisdom reaches thousands through our combined audiences

Through our unique CrossPosting model, we share an example of how your contribution potentially reaches over 12,300 readers—not just our 7,500+ subscribers, but the combined audiences of all featured contributors.

Two ways to participate:

  • Featured Essay (Sacred Growth Club members): 1000-1500 words with premium placement

  • Community Insights (Sacred Business Network members): 500-800 words with equal promotion

The math is simple: When five contributors CrossPost, everyone benefits from exponential reach. And with our 43% open rate and growing global audience, your insights will connect with engaged readers across 50 states and 114 countries.

And, for those who have been following along, TODAY is the submission date for the inaugural issue on abundance. Missed the deadline? No worries! We have a monthly opportunity to participate in this collaboration. Our May issue will be on the topic of divine connection with a submission date of May 14th.

Important dates for Issue 01:

  • Submission deadline: TODAY by midnight EST.

  • Publication date: April 30, 2024

Ready to amplify your voice while supporting fellow entrepreneurs? Join The Network and submit your perspective on creating meaningful abundance that aligns with your sacred business values.

🌟 Member Spotlight: Sol Slade

Meet Sol Slade, a Mental Fitness coach who helps sustainability professionals fall back in love with their work—and themselves. After noticing how many purpose-driven people were struggling with burnout despite their passion, Sol developed a unique approach focused on three essential practices that most overlook.

As Sol explains, his work helps clients "tune into the things we don't always notice": body awareness (interoception), thought pattern recognition (metacognition), and emotional processing. This powerful combination allows sustainability leaders to maintain their drive while avoiding the exhaustion that often comes with purpose-led work.

Totally aligned with our Sacred Business approach!

Based in Hertfordshire, UK, Sol founded The Alt Academy just over a year ago, bringing his nature-inspired approach to both individual clients and organizations. Though his business is still in early growth stages, his work addresses a critical need in the sustainability sector—where burnout rates are particularly high among those most passionate about creating change.

Sol's philosophy mirrors his own life balance: just as he finds renewal through woodland walks and good books, he helps clients discover sustainable wellbeing practices that amplify their impact rather than diminish it. His approach proves that effectiveness in purpose-driven work comes not from pushing harder, but from cultivating deeper awareness.

Currently expanding his network of organizational partnerships, Sol is open to podcast appearances, guest workshops, cross-promotions, and accountability partnerships. His work demonstrates that sometimes the most powerful sustainability practice is learning how to sustain ourselves first.
